I cant reschedule my AZ 104 Exam

Hello i cant reschedule my Exam AZ 104 on 30th Jan 2025 4PM IST, as i dont see the option as reschedule in the certification tab under profile, attached screenshot

    Hi ,

    To reschedule or cancel your exam, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Learn profile.
    2. Click on your Profile from the dropdown menu (in the photo avatar section).
    3. Go to Credentials in the profile menu and select Certifications under Applied Skills.
    4. Find the exam appointment you want to reschedule or cancel.
    5. Click on the Reschedule or Cancel link.
    6. You’ll be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site where you can complete the process.

    Please note that you must reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the exam to avoid forfeiting the fee. If you used a company voucher, it will also be forfeited if you miss the exam without rescheduling.
