Greyed Our Report Phishing Button

Dear Team,

I have installed the report phishing button using my group administrator account and i want to enable it only for my account for testing purpose. However it is been more than 12 hours since i installed the add in from the integrated app section. The add in is still greyed out in my outlook desktop version and on web version I am not able to find it anywhere.

Can you please let me know how many hours it take for the button to be active?

    Just did the reinstall... Do i have to wait again for 6 hours? I was not able to see it even before in the add-ins section on outlook.. However I see them with Status OK in the integrated apps section {42E251AA-FBC4-4F6F-98B8-FAE683A95DCB}

    It wont light up until you open a message then its on the ribbon for that message.
