    Try using the private mode in the browser or clear the browser cache and cookies. Additionally, check if you're logged in with a proper permission account (Global Admin).

    If does not work, try contacting Microsoft Support.

    1. Azure Portal → Help + Support → New Support Request
    2. Select Billing & SubscriptionCredit Activation Issue.
