Is there a new solution to allow administrators to globally disable email notifications in Viva Engage?

Is there a new solution to the long-term issue of global control of Viva Engage email notifications, so that administrators could centrally turn off email notifications by default, allowing individual users to turn them on if they want them? PS There is no tag for Viva Engage in this forum.

    Hi @Peter Hallett

Currently, admins cannot globally disable email notifications in Viva Engage.

Users control their own email notification settings. Admins can only set whether emails sent by Engage must be confirmed before sending, and if the logo's included in email messages.

To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
