Action Needed: Payout tax profile about to expire
Dear Partner,

You are receiving this email because the tax profile for your company associated with Seller id ****** will expire on Thursday, December 31, 2020. We recommend that you update this tax profile now so that your payouts are not impacted. Use the following steps to update the tax profile:

Sign into Partner Center with your Azure AD tenant credentials.
Select the Settings gear icon and then select Account settings.
Next, select Payout and tax and then select Payout and tax profiles.
Select Tax profiles section on the page.
Look for the tax profile associated with Seller id ******* and update the profile as required using the 'Edit' button.

Thanks, Microsoft

    We have the same issue.
Almost the second month Microsoft support team tries to fix it, but without success.
We have updated the profile so many times, together with US tax form, recorded the process and sent it to the support team.
It is a shame for Microsoft.

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Recently there are some customers meeting the issue about can't not updating the tax profile. I fully understand your feelings. Could you please try the following steps to try again?

    • Use the latest Edge version on Windows 10
    • Ensure that your browser language is set to en-US (English American)
    • Open an in-private browsing window using the latest Edge version on Windows 10
    • Try the update process again.

If you still have the issue, please let me know.

    Thank you.

    Had the same problem.

For me problem was solved by changing partner.microsoft.com dashboard language from English to Finnish.
