go back from windows 24H2 to previous version 23H2

hi, so after 2/9/25 date which i updated my laptop windows to 24H2 from 23H2 i installed and downloaded about 200gb worth of data which i want to keep ( bare in mind that this 200gb have been downloaded after 24h2 update) and when i want to roll back to previous version I'm afraid I'll lose all this 200gb and installed games.

if i do so do i get to keep them nor ill lose everything after that date have been installed on windows?
