App Service Domain - Domain renewal taking too long

Dear Community,

my DNS domain expired and I managed to renew it before the 18 days deadline. However although I could see that the expiration date has changed the domain is still not reachable.

How long does it usually take for updates to be taken into account? Is there a way to speed up the process?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,

Syrine Khammari

    Hi @Khammari, Syrine
Domain renewals can take some time to fully propagate through the DNS system. Even though your expiration date has been updated in the registry.  DNS propagation can take 24-72 hours to fully complete across all global DNS servers

Your domain registrar might need additional time to process and activate the renewal

Some registry updates happen in batches rather than immediately
    Renew the domain
