Hello,
Yes, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint includes a built-in sandbox feature called Microsoft Defender Antivirus Sandbox for analyzing suspicious files in an isolated environment.
To enable it, open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:
setx /M MP_FORCE_USE_SANDBOX 1
Then restart your system for the changes to take effect.
For advanced cloud-based sandboxing, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint provide Safe Attachments and Deep Analysis in Defender Portal (security.microsoft.com).
