I have a Windows Server 2022, I am unable to boot to the OS or any version of Safe Mode

I can get into the command prompt for troubleshooting, I have tried SFC commands, /DISM commands, anything I can find to try and scan and repair corrupt files.

The only information I have gotten out of the server is that is has corrupt files that cannot be repaired.

Any attempt at repairing the bootrec just says it can't see it.

It reboots multiple times after telling it to reboot, saying it can't see a boot device. It will however load things like the BIOS, IDRAC, ect even the Advanced Troubleshooting options, hence why I can get into Command Prompt.

I'm trying everything I can before just rebuilding it because it's our primary server/Domain Controller and we were in the process of building a failover server which is still in that process so my entire enclave is down at the moment.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to no boot issue.

Try below methods to help fix:

    1. Run below command to try rebuild bcd: bootrec /rebuildbcd
    2. Update your machine to the latest, also update the drivers and firmware.
    3. If safe mode do not work, sometimes the problem may not be in the driver, but only in third-party applications and services. Try a clean boot:

    1.  It can be caused by the driver, try running the Driver Verifier:

Open a command prompt window by selecting Run as administrator and type verifier to open the Driver Verifier Manager.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,
