Server 2016 Activation Error 0xC004C003. Unable to enter windows product key??

i have a server that uses windows server 2016 stadard edition , recently we bought a new physical server and wanted to transfer the image from the first one to the new server and i user a software to do that wich woked fine untill i tried to use the old windows key on this new server using the command "slmgr" .But now when i try to activate it i get an error that says: Error 0xC004C003 The Activation Server Determined the Specified Product Key is Blocked

Can Someone help??

    Hi Tawfiq Soulaimani,

    error 0xC004C003 indicates that your product key has been blocked, possibly because you've used the maximum number of that keys. You need to contact Volume License Key Phone Numbers | Microsoft Volume Licensing for assistance. They will be able to help you with this.
