I have spent days, hours, scouring over the internet, tried all suggestions regarding this issue, from running system checks and repairs through cmd, to do clean boot/applications on/off through systm. config, startups etc. Did a clean wipe and reinstall of the os, everything the internet has on these multiple errors and now am considering just buying a whole new rig. Posting here is my very last attempt.

    Hello

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Based on the information you’ve provided, it seems like you’re dealing with a “Metadata Staging Failed” error, which is often associated with Event ID 13112. However, you’ve mentioned Event ID 214, which indicates that a higher version of a package is already installed.

Here are a few suggestions that might help:

Check for Failed Updates: Sometimes, these errors can be caused by a failed Windows Update. You can check your update history to see if any updates have failed.

Change Device Metadata Service URL: Some users have reported that changing the Device Metadata Service URL in the registry has resolved their issue. However, please be aware that modifying the registry can have serious consequences if not done correctly. I recommend backing up your registry before making any changes.

Check Windows 11 specs, features, and computer requirements:

All you have mentioned has been done. I will just replace mother board as this is the only outdated hardware in this rig.

I’m sorry, but I can’t provide the exact metadata URL for Windows 11, version 23H2, build 26010.

However, you can check for updates directly on your Windows 11 system.
