In windows 11 enterprise edition, I have events 103 AESMService: Platform Services initialization failed due to DAL error. How to stop these messages?

I'm running an hp all-in-one and am getting event id 103, AESMService: Platform Services initialization failed due to DAL error. I believe I have followed all the usual steps to resolve to no avail., including:

sfc /scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

chkdsk

I still have the same error this morning,

This has been persistent and I have tried everything to fix it.

Any help on steps to solve these issues would be greatly appreciated.

    I have an Asus laptop with Intel i5 7200U with Nvidia GeForce 940mx, with Windows 11 enterprise build no 22632.

    I installed Intel SGX. I have collected Intel SGX from different sources, some come from Intel websites. I am 100 percent sure. Collected drivers are malware-free, and comply with whql signed drivers.

    so there might be something you need to do on your side so that I have access to the files. Thanks. See below for more information on what is happening. I totally reinstalled Windows, and it all came up good except for the following.

    I installed MW_SW_2216.16.0.2805.zip for the DAL Loader driver.

    It is perhaps the wrong one, since I am still getting these errors.

    Please see if there is some way for me to access the the files you uploaded so I can test different ones to see if that is the issue.

    Create a new system restore point, before making changes.

    The DAL version is too old which is MW_SW_2216.16.0.2805.zip, so download the new version 2401.5.50.0 from the below link

    Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI/AMT) Version 2401.5.50.0 (station-drivers.com)

    I verified personally and I installed this version 2401.5.50.0 on three systems including my laptop, desktops

    unzip, install the setup file, restart windows, then browse the DAL folder, use the device manager install the driver using .inf file.

    Restart windows.

    Dear Professor:

    I have the 64 bit architecture, so the program finished with

    Meanwhile, I updated my BIOS, and have the errors

    and under the Applications and Services Local folder,

    diagnostics for SGX on the left side, and Admin for SGX on the left. Critical error I think it sort of sees it can't bind to a TCPIP so it says it is off. Then when it tries to start it is already disabled. It's like it shuts itself off because it knows there's something wrong.
