HLK Insiders Preview 26085 Strong Name Validation has stopped working during Install.

Hello!

I have a fresh install of Windows Server 2022 Standard and I downloaded the HLK Insiders Preview 20685 ISO and mounted it.  I  began installing the kit and during the Strong Name Validation check , install is stopped with Error below. When the installation progress of the software is 33%, an error occurs.I've tried a lot of workarounds on the web and still can't install correctly.

I've downloaded The ISO from 3 different system at three different times and it always fails the exact same way.

I don't have idea to  solve this err. I need your help, please give me some advices.

    Where do we download the "HLK Strong Name PreContition Check" that you mention in reply line 1?

    Based on the description, I understand your question is related to HLK.

    1. Verify if the HLK Strong Name PreCondition Check is already installed on your system.

    If it is, uninstall it and then attempt the installation again.

    1. Ensure that you are running the installation process with administrator privileges. Try installing the HLK to a folder that is not encrypted.
    2. Run windows update trouble-shooter: Windows Update Troubleshooter - Microsoft Support
