    Hi Lei,

I have tried that too, but no success. Just a hint.. I spin-up new windows server 2022 same version, joined to same AD Domain but kept under default OU, on this new server updates are getting installed. But on existing domain joined systems it's not, as they are kept under harden OU with OS hardening GPO's applied on it.

Hence, I moved one sample server to default Computer OU suspecting may be GPO causing the problem, cleaned all GPO setting (Renamed Folders "GroupPolicyUsers & GroupPolicy" ) but no success.

It was below registry key permission which was causing update rollback, when compared with other servers and added TRUSTED INSTALLER, SYSTEM, NETWORK in advance permissions tab with full access.
