Sync files with the Windows Remote Desktop Connection accessory

I would like to sync some folders on my remote desktop with my local desktop, using my present access with the Remote Desktop Connection accessory (provided in Windows 10).  The purpose is to keep both sides synchronized with each other so I can work locally, as opening and editing files working remotely is slow and cumbersome.  Anyone know how to keep files synchronized over Remote Desktop Connection?

You would need to copy the files across in both directions, either manually or using a script.

Hi my name is Ross, I'm an independent advisor. I'd be happy to help with your issue.

You can’t use Remote Desktop to sync files, I would suggest using one drive on the local pc and the remote, this would automatically sync the two copies of files.

    Regards,

    Ross
