Is there any way to factory reset while in this screen, because I can access my Microsoft account but I cannot get the verification because when I check my email, it never sends me a verification code, I can't use another email because I already have a recovery email linked, I would just boot from a drive by the problem is I can't use a drive to boot because I would have no way to install windows on that drive. I can still access my email I just can't receive that specific verification code, so I have no idea what to do, can anyone help?

2024-03-14T17:36:55+00:00 I just spoke with one of the chat support representatives, and they are claiming a concern regarding the Bitlocker Recovery Key. He said there is a common issue now where the Bitlocker Recovery key is not showing on the page.
I just recently installed an online account on several computers, but when I checked, they are all logged on my account, when I check the recover key page, I can only see 10. The chat support said there is a common issue now. Can anyone confirm?

2024-03-12T02:33:30+00:00 Hello,
To exit the BitLocker recovery screen, you will need to enter the recovery key. The recovery key is a 48-digit code that was provided to you when you first enabled BitLocker on your device. If you don't have the recovery key, you can't enter the drive.
