    Hello Naresh Chandra1,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

    1. RDS License Grace Period: When you enable RDS roles on Windows Server for the first time, the RDS License Server has a 120-day grace period. During these 120 days, you can allow users to access the server without RDS Client Access Licenses (RDS CALs).
    2. Post-Grace Period Licensing Requirements: At the end of the 120-day grace period, RDS CALs must be purchased and installed for each user or device connected to RDS in order to continue using the RDS service.
    3. Number of concurrent users: During the 120-day grace period, your server can theoretically support multiple concurrent users (up to an unlimited number), but this will ultimately be limited by the hardware capacity and configuration of the server.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Haijian Shan
