i was following this https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/cannot-extend-volume-greyed-out-to-merge/4b02823b-c67a-44a9-9095-46b7d2ff0598. and after completing which required to disable Bitlocker Encryption i restarted and got the error above. i can still login to the computer through the bios but do not know if i should still be worried.

    Hello,

    The SrtTrail.txt file usually records various events during the system startup process, especially operations related to startup repair or system recovery. When encountering startup problems, Windows will generate this log file to help diagnose the problem. The error you encountered when restarting the computer after disabling BitLocker encryption may be related to the hard disk. It is recommended that you check the event log to see if there are any errors related to the disk.

    regarding my issue. its happens on every launch but i skip it by going into the bios then launching from boot menu. from the same drive i normally use to boot.

    I suggest you open cmd as an administrator and run the following command to check if the disk has any file system structure damage.

    CHKDSK

    chkdsk | Microsoft Learn
