I have Win 10 Enterprise Version 22H2 Build 19045.4170. There is no media pack available through Add an Optional Feature.

How can I get this pack?

    Hello Spencer Duchene,

you may need to download and install the Media Feature Pack manually.

You can download the pack for Windows 10 from Media Feature Pack for Windows 10/11 N (February 2023) - Microsoft Support.

Once the download completed, please double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation process, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

After the installation is complete, restart your computer and try using iCloud for Windows again. It should work without any issues.

    Best regards,

    Lei

    Hi Lei,

Unfortunately this media pack is not listed as an optional feature on my build. Win 10 Enterprise Version 22H2 Build 19045.4170

I have tried to download the 1903 version but it says build mismatch and wont load.

Is there an MSI for this feature mack that I can load manually?

I have the same issue as Spencer Duchene, when following the instructions that are given on the link you gave, I get as far as 'Apps and Features', but then there isn't an option 'Optional features' for me to progress - please help?

These instructions basically do not work on my build - which is the same as Specer's (Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4291))

Media Feature Pack for Windows 10/11 N (February 2023) - Microsoft Support

    • On Windows 10 N: Select Start, then select SettingsAppsApps and Features > Optional features > Add a feature. Find the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.

Like Spencer, I have also tried downloading various installer files for different versions, but none of them run - they just say 'This update is not applicable to your computer'

    Thanks in advance

    Ken
