1. Try boot machine into safe mode and then retry the operation:Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support
- This may cause by a driver, try run driver verifier:
Start a Command Prompt window by selecting Run as administrator, and type verifier to open Driver Verifier Manager.

- Sometimes the problem may not be the driver and just the third-party applications and services. Try perform clean boot:

- Update Drivers, If the driver verifier found the particular one, you can update that driver and see if it solves the issue.
Press Windows + ‘R’and type devmgmt.msc to open Device Manager.
Find the device and double-click on it to expand.
Double-click on the driver and go to the Drivers tab.
Click Update Driver and choose Search Automatically for the drivers.
- Try uninstall the game fornite and monitor if the issue disappears, if so, it is suggested to reach to fornite support.
