Trying to upgrade to Server 2022. Getting What needs your attention error. Microsoft NIC Teaming.

NIC teaming (LBFO): Teams are not preserved during upgrade. Microsoft recommends deleting all teams before the upgrade and recreating the teams after the upgrade is completete.

There is no way to continue. However, there are no teams configured and never has been. Also verified no teams through powershell.

The server has (4) Intel i350 gigabit NIC's. I've upgraded drivers and disabled the 3 unused NIC's. Still no luck.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

In this case, I would recommend trying the following steps:

    1. Open Device Manager and expand the Network adapters section.
    2. Right-click on each NIC and select Uninstall device.
    3. Once all NICs have been uninstalled, restart the server.
    4. After the server has restarted, open Device Manager again and check if all NICs are detected and installed correctly.
    5. Try upgrading to Server 2022 again.

Or you may check the registry, look for any remnants. inspect subkeys for any signs of LBFO configurations.
