    Hello  Tamilselvan Sivasankar,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

To enable Remote Assistance, you need to ensure that the following ports are open on the firewall:

    • TCP port 135
    • TCP port 3389

You may also need to enable the Remote Assistance exception in the Windows Firewall. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Open Control Panel and click on System and Security.
    2. Click on Windows Firewall.
    3. Click on Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall.
    4. Click on Change settings and then scroll down to Remote Assistance.
    5. Make sure that both Private and Public are checked and then click OK.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Haijian Shan
