Looks like there are issues installing 32-bit Chrome on the Windows 2012 R2 servers. Doesn't look like to be an issue on the UAT CPM as I have issues installing it on different CyberArk servers as well. I have tried Edge as an option too but it does not work.

    Hi Atuldeep Singh Mann

Windows Server 2012 R2 is a 64-bit operating system, so you can't install the 32-bit Chrome browser. You'll need to download and install the Chrome browser for the 64-bit operating system. You can download the Chrome browser for 64-bit operating systems from the official Google Chrome website. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Hope it helps.

    Kind regards,

    Lei
