    Hi,

The "Temporary DNS error" and "Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND" indicate that there might be an issue with the DNS (Domain Name System) configuration or the resource you are trying to access is not found. Here are some steps you can try to fix this issue:

Flush DNS cache: On the remote computer (Windows Server 2019), open the Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command:

    ipconfig /flushdns

This will clear the DNS cache and may resolve any temporary DNS errors.

Verify DNS settings: Double-check the DNS settings on the remote computer. Make sure that the DNS server addresses are correctly configured. You can check and modify the DNS settings in the network adapter properties on the remote computer.

Try accessing different websites: Test if you can access other websites or resources using Internet Explorer on the remote computer. If the issue is specific to a particular website, it might indicate a problem with that website or its DNS configuration.

Update Internet Explorer: Ensure that you have the latest version of Internet Explorer installed on the remote computer. You can check for updates through the Windows Update utility.

Try a different browser: If the issue persists, try accessing the download link using a different browser on the remote computer, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. This can help determine if the problem is specific to Internet Explorer.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there might be a more complex network or configuration problem. In that case, you may need to consult with your network administrator or contact technical support for further assistance.

    Best Regards,

    Karlie Weng
