download of windows server 2022

After downloading and installing a Microsoft update, our windows server 2022 stopped to work. The Italian microsoft telephone contact is closed. We need to solve urgently the issue. We were thinking to download and reinstall the original version to continue to work, but we don't know where to find these one. We have available the activation code. How and where can we download the original version of windows server 2022? Any help is aprreciated.

    If you have a vs developer account, you can also download it at the following link:

    https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads 

    If you bought your license from a reseller, you need to contact your license provider.
