Windows Server 2008 R2 Constant Beeping

An old server running Windows Server 2008 R2 had a constant beeping going all day. I searched the forums and was unable to locate a solution. Many reccomendations were to adjust sound settings etc... which may work for some. Others were just noting that means something is wrong (clearly) regardless, what worked for me was the following.

1.Opend RAID Web Console 2

2.Select Correct Server if you have more than 1

3.Log in with admin credentials

4.Locate the device that has a red icon. In my case it was SATA slot 0 that was failing,

5.Right Click on the Intel raid controller that it is sublisted for

6.Click "disable alarm"

Done.
