Based on your description, it seems you’re asking whether text types are still saved in the history? I suggest you try other screenshot software, such as using the screenshot function of Edge, to see if the same problem persists. If the screenshot from Edge can be saved normally, it might be because the previous screenshot was too large (maximum 4MB).
At the same time, I recommend you create a new local account to see if the same problem exists under the new local account.

If the problem persists, it may be due to a Windows update. I suggest you report the problem through Win+F and wait for them to fix the issue.
