Billing: I was charged twice today (1/17/24) causing my card to go negative. I need someone to get back to me ASAP.

I have already checked with all family members and followed the steps from https://help.microsoft.com/ and nothing is helping. I tried calling but it only takes me back to the website and again, nothing is helping. Call me back, phone number: 612-666-5007.

This is the details that are on my carb bank account:

Merchant Name: MICROSOFT MICROSOFT*ST

Merchant Address: REDMOND, WA, 98052

Transaction Method: Card Info Stored by Merchant

Category: Digital Goods - Large Digital Goods Merchant (Large Digital Goods Merchant)

I was charged TWICE.

First time: $108.76 + $10.85

Second time: $108.86 + $10.87

Total: $239.34

    If you are unable to get the issue resolved, I suggest you open a case with your payment provider and dispute the charge as duplicate.
