Hello Ibrahim Rasheed1,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.
This issue may be related to the Remote Desktop Services settings.
You may check the session timeout settings in the Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration and Remote Desktop Gateway Manager.
Here are the steps to check the session timeout settings in the Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration:
- Open the Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration snap-in.
- Select the Connections folder.
- Right-click on the RDP-Tcp connection and select Properties.
- Click on the Sessions tab.
- Check the settings for End a disconnected session, Active session limit, and Idle session limit.
To check the session timeout settings in the Remote Desktop Gateway Manager:
- Open the Remote Desktop Gateway Manager snap-in.
- Select the RD Gateway server.
- Click on the Policies tab.
- Check the settings for Session timeout and Idle session timeout.
Additionally, you may review the security event logs on the RDWeb server to see if there are any clues as to why the accounts are being locked out.
If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Haijian Shan
