    Hello,

Remote Assistance Connect this computer is grayed out and cannot be checked. You can try setting up Remote Assistance in the Local Group Policy Editor to solve the problem.

    1. Press "Windows + R" to open the run box, enter "gpedit.msc" and click "OK".
    2. Select Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Remote Assistance.
    3. Double-click the "Configure to provide remote assistance" option on the right, select "Enabled", and then click "OK".

    Best regards

    Zunhui
