activation of windows 10 LTSC 2019 will not activate and I am needing assistance on how to activate it

I am getting the error message 0x8007007B when trying to active windows. I have been supplied a new key by my administrator and the machine has internet connection. Before install we used a clean windows ltsc image of windows before trying to use the new product key to activate.

    This error code usually indicates DNS name does not exist. This issue can occur if the KMS client can't find the KMS SRV resource records in DNS.

    To resolve it, you will need to follow the steps in Guidelines for troubleshooting DNS-related activation issues | Microsoft Learn.

    Hello.

    The key being used is a Volume License Generic product key used when your company has deployed an internal Corporate Activation Server.

    Internet Access is not an option with the key being used, it will only query DNS for a the Corporate KMS ( Activation ) Server record, failing to locate give that error message. If your company does not have a corporate Activation Server ( KMS Server) then your administrator needs to give you a different Product key.
