Gateway laptop black screened

I went to go and factory reset my gateway laptop and it rested itself but now it’s stuck on a black screen with a spinning wheel and the windows logo I need this computer for work how do I fix this?

    How can you do any of that on a black screen. There's zero way to see it.

    Well this didn’t work.

    It was working with no issues until today, black screen and power stays on.
