I have been trying to update product key on windows server 2022 Datacenter evaluation and I am getting the error-0xc004f050. What am I supposed to do?

Error code 0xc004f050 usually indicates the Software Licensing Service reported that the product key is invalid. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

1.Please check that you entered the correct key and that it works with Windows Server 2022 Datacenter edition.

2. Please ensure that your device is connected to the internet and can communicate with the Microsoft activation servers.

3.Please try closing or uninstalling any programs that might interfere with activation, such as firewalls, anti-virus software, VPNs, etc., and restart your computer and try again.

4.If none of these step's work, you may need to contact Microsoft support for assistance. Please open the Command Prompt as an administrator and type "SLUI 4" (without quotes). A Select Region window will pop up, letting you select your country or region. After selecting the region, a phone activation window will pop up, showing your installation ID and the phone number you need to call.

5. Select your location (or the location nearest to you) from the drop-down list, and then select Next.
6. Call one of the available phone numbers listed. An automated system will guide you through the activation process.
7. If you're not able to complete activation successfully, you will be connected to Microsoft support for your region and country.
