A remote procedure call (RPC) error occurred

Hello! I have an old network drive(repotec RP-NA210), i can log in on it fro my old laptop with windows xp , but if i log in from my computer on windows 10 (\192.168.1.1....) i get that error , that i have not permission and rpc protocol error. I can log in intoo settings on it and set up them , i think all i have done correctly . But i get an errorWhat i should do? Help please

    Hello,

    Please check your firewall settings first to make sure that the RPC protocol is not blocked. You can try to temporarily disable the firewall as a test. And in Windows 10, please turn on network discovery. Open Settings and go to Network & Internet > Status > Sharing options. Make sure Turn on network discovery is checked. In addition, check if your network drive has firmware updates and install the latest updates to rule out system compatibility issues.
