Hi Mohamed
That is correct, the upgrade from Home to Pro is a very simple process, you enter a product key and a few changes are made to Windows, it is very quick and the upgrade will not affect your data or installed software . . .
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I check on "windows feature" folder and seemed to be missing. Then go on windows powerShell to type "dism.exe /Online /Enable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V /All" and the result saying Install the latest PowerShell for new features and improvements! https://aka.ms/PSWindows. I also enable Virtualization technology in BIOS.
Here is another screenshot of my laptop info. Please help me

Hi Mohamed

To downgrade back to Home, will mean you would need to backup all your data, clean install Windows 10 Home form a bootable USB, then re-install all your software and restore your data . .
