Outlook in RDS. Something went wrong. [1001]

Users get the 1001 error. No corresponding Application Hang in Event Viewer.

This has been going on for weeks with no real help or solution from Microsoft support channels. 2x 2022 RDS servers, 25 users, all with M365.

    Thanks for the reply. Today a user get the 1001 error with Error Code: 2147942403. I have disabled Scheduled Tasks for Office to see if this helps resolve the errors.
