    Hello Shabin,

according to the screenshots you added, the possible causes and solutions:

    1. Exception code '0xc0000409' usually indicates a stack buffer overflow, which may be due to a memory issue. We recommend that you run the memory diagnostic tool to check whether there is a problem with the memory.

Run the following command at the command prompt:

    mdsched

Then select Reboot and check the memory.

    1. ntdll.dll file corruption
      • 'ntdll.dll' is a critical system file, and any corruption can cause the app to crash.
      • Solution: Run the System File Checker tool.
        • Open a command prompt (administrator mode) and run the following command:
      sfc /scannow
    2. Misconfigurations or inconsistencies can cause the migration process to fail. Make sure to make sure that the system is set up and configured correctly and that the necessary services are not disabled.
    3. Perform a clean boot to run the system with minimal boot programs and drivers with fewer distractions.

    Hi Shabin Suresh1,

thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community Forums.

Log analysis is not be supported in this forum, however, here are still some general steps you can refer to:

    1. Check for Compatibility Issues: Ensure that all installed applications and services on your current server are compatible with Windows Server 2022.
    2. Update System and Drivers: Make sure your current server (2019 Standard) is fully updated with the latest patches and drivers. Sometimes, outdated system files can cause issues during major upgrades.
    3. Disable Antivirus/Firewall: Sometimes, security software can interfere with the upgrade process. Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall during the upgrade to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Check Disk Space: Ensure that there is enough free disk space on your server to accommodate the upgrade process. Running out of disk space can cause the upgrade to fail.
    5. Run Upgrade Troubleshooter: Windows provides a built-in troubleshooter for upgrade issues. Running this tool might help identify and resolve the problem.
    6. Ensure that your hardware meets the requirements for Windows Server 2022: Hardware requirements for Windows Server | Microsoft Learn.

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

    Lei
