Download Show and Hide Windows Updates - Windows Server 2016

Hello,

I need the tool to prevent individual Windows updates. The KB5033373 update has crashed two of my servers and is simply not installable, which is sad enough.

Unfortunately I can't find the download anywhere, has Microsoft removed good tools again?

Can someone provide me with this, I don't want to use downloads on dubious sites.
