Activación Windows Server 2019 Standard de escritorio

Buenos días, compré la licencia OEM de Windows Server 2022 STD OEM y el CAL, me dijeron que viene la 2022 pero que la puedo utilizar en un 2019. Instalé la versión 2019 y cuando sigo los pasos de activación por símbolo de sistema me rechaza la licencia. La misma es original, alguien me puede orientar a ver que pasos realizar para utilizarla? La empresa que me provee el Sistema de Información quiere 2019 y no 2022, por eso instalé la anterior.

    In this case, it is recommended that you try phone activation. The steps are as follows:

    1. Press Windows logo key  + R, type slui 4 in the Open box, and select OK.
    2. Select your location (or the location nearest to you) from the drop-down list, and then select Next.
    3. Call one of the available phone numbers listed. An automated system will guide you through the activation process.
    4. If you're not able to complete activation successfully, you will be connected to Microsoft support for your region and country.
