I am unable to use Microsoft Phone activation , to license our systems , as the phone line (UK , USA etc ) can not accept my phone entries to the security verification phone options . This has been down for a week atleast . It was working fine from the same smart phone that I use ( iPhone). Please contact me on PII. The Licenses I am trying to apply ESU Licenses require Phone line activation because we are in a closed network

    Hi Wilson Brown1,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble activating your ESU licenses through Microsoft Phone activation. Have you tried using a different phone line or device to see if the issue persists? If the problem continues, I recommend contacting Microsoft support directly for further assistance. You can reach them by visiting Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support and selecting the appropriate contact option for your region. Please note that they may require additional information from you to verify your account before providing support.

    Kind regards,

    Lei

    Hi Lei,

thanks for your reply - no bother .. I tested it with a colleague it seems that the phone verification had changed from entering Phone numbers via key pad to using voice ,, and I had not noticed the change over night since I had been doing so many via touch pad .

    Regards

    Wilson

    Hello,

I had same issue and find out, that first you must hear all three verification numbers and after enter them.

I have the same problem. The 3-digit verification number is not being accepted. I have tried 6 to 7 different phones over the last 3 days, but I have had no luck.

In South Africa, the number 27 11 844 6011 does not exist, and Microsoft cannot verify the phones at (0) (801) 43 43 43. I have tried 6 to 7 different phones without success.

Hi , I found eventually that you have to say the verification vocally where as previously it had been to enter it by touch typing the code on the phone - so they had moved to a vocal response required and thats where I was going wrong ..
