    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to run FiveM server on win11 Insider build.

When searching for the information about system requirements for running FiveM server, seems there is no specific Microsoft documents, but from cfx website, seems FiveM requires a fully updated version of Windows. An outdated operating system may not work. You can also double check on FiveM/ cfx website.

From Microsoft document about Windows 11 Insider Build, it is previewing a major feature update to Prism, Micorosft's emulator for Windows on Arm.

Emulation makes the rich ecosystem of Windows apps available on Arm. Windows 11 on Arm supports emulation of both x86 and x64 apps and performance has been enhanced with the introduction of the new emulator Prism in Windows 11 24H2.

Above update in Windows 11 Insider Build might improve compatibility for more 64-bit x86 (x64) applications under emulation. This could potentially help with running FiveM, but it is also recommended to check the FiveM/ cfx website if there is any known issues about launching FiveM on Windows 11/ Win 11 Insider build.
