If you have configured the Entra Connect with the express installation and now you want to make changes in sync and make a specific OU to be sync to cloud.
To achieve this open the Entra connect sync wizard and click on configure and select Task->Customize synchronization options and click next.
Authenticate with your global admin credentials and select Domain/OU Filtering option-> sync selected domains and OUs which has shown the below picture -> click on the dropdown to list the OUs and domains select the required ou's and proceed with the on screen instructions to sync specific Ou's to the clous.
