Hello, I have a windows 11 and I’m trying to factory reset it but it’s saying I need about 11 more gb of free storage even though I’ve deleted everything I can for storage. What do I do?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to reset.

Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Sort the list by size to see which applications are taking up the most space. Uninstall any applications you no longer need.

Go to Settings > System > Storage. Click on Temporary files and select the files you want to delete. Click Remove files to clear temporary files.

If you still can't free up enough space, you can perform a factory reset using a Windows 11 installation media:

Download the Windows 11 Installation Media from the official Microsoft website. Follow the instructions to create a bootable USB drive.

Insert the USB drive into your PC and restart it. Press the appropriate key (usually F12, F2, Esc, or Del) to enter the boot menu. Select the USB drive to boot from.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 11. When prompted, choose the option to perform a clean installation, which will erase all data on the drive and install a fresh copy of Windows 11.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Molly
