windows activation problem

Let me give you some advice about the Windows 10 activation:

1. Try to connect the laptop to the internet and force the Windows updates till current day
   1. Windows Start Menu
   2. Settings
   3. Updates and Security Option
   4. Check for updates
   5. It can request restart the laptop
2. Open the support manufacture's app (HP Support Assistant, Lenovo Vantage, Dell Support Assistant) and force the updates on it till current day
3. If you have an Outlook email's user with Work or School licenses assigned or a personal Outlook email's user with a license purchased, try login it at the Windows 10:
   1. Windows Start Menu
   2. Settings
   3. Account Option
   4. Email and Accounts
   5. Add an account
   6. Login with your credentials
   7. Restart the laptop
4. Check if your laptop had a label with a 25 Character serial code product key or in the laptop paper documentation and try to set it up on your laptop:
   1. Windows Start Menu
   2. Settings
   3. Updates and Security Option
   4. Activation (Left Menu)
   5. Activate Windows Now
   6. Put the 25 Character Serial Code
   7. Restart the laptop

If this is a new PC running Windows, the product key is preinstalled on your PC, included with the packaging the PC came in, or included on the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) attached to the PC.

Try to find product key by referring to this link:

If pre-installed on the computer, an internet connection is required to activate Windows, make sure there are no problems with the network.

If the product key is on the package, you need to manually enter the 25-digit product key.

Settings > System > Activation > Change product key.

If the computer is offline, try phone activation. Steps are as follows:

1. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
2. Under Activate Windows Now section, select Activate by Phone.
3. Select your location (or the location nearest to you) from the drop-down list, and then select Next.
4. Call one of the available phone numbers listed. An automated system will guide you through the activation process.
5. If you're not able to complete activation successfully, you will be connected to Microsoft support for your region and country.
