Hi Elena,
Let me give you some advice about the Windows 10 activation:
- Try to connect the laptop to the internet and force the Windows updates till current day
- Windows Start Menu
- Settings
- Updates and Security Option
- Check for updates
- It can request restart the laptop
- Open the support manufacture's app (HP Support Assistant, Lenovo Vantage, Dell Support Assistant) and force the updates on it till current day
- If you have an Outlook email's user with Work or School licenses assigned or a personal Outlook email's user with a license purchased, try login it at the Windows 10:
- Windows Start Menu
- Settings
- Account Option
- Email and Accounts
- Add an account
- Login with your credentials
- Restart the laptop
- Check if your laptop had a label with a 25 Character serial code product key or in the laptop paper documentation and try to set it up on your laptop:
- Windows Start Menu
- Settings
- Updates and Security Option
- Activation (Left Menu)
- Activate Windows Now
- Put the 25 Character Serial Code
- Restart the laptop
Please follow these steps and let us know if your issue was resolved or if do you need additional help.
Regards.
