2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5053598) Cause serious Eye strain and migraine issues, Is any way to FIX! it ?

Respected Windows Community, Today I come here again to discuss a major very, very big problem of Windows 11. The issue is so severe that I am unable to use my Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 Laptop which is a purely Windows 11 x64-based System.

Primarily I use my Laptop for Coding in Visual Studio 2022. My main Tech stalk is .NET. In our company C# is a behemoth horse due to the extensive use of it across different products we make, from Web to Desktop Applications. We use Visual Studio as our primary IDE instead of any other IDE available on the Internet. We used Visual Studio for more than 10 years.

And that's the main reason I am deeply tied with Windows Ecosystem and the Microsoft community. And since childhood the Windows OS is my Lovable primary Operating System (OS). And I really Love to make Desktop Windows Applications.

But the Last Cumulative Update which is Rolled out on March 11 of 2025, Really breaks my Laptop color calibration and Display settings, The colors are over saturated.

Even I am unable to Look into my Laptop screen continuously for more than 10 seconds. It's really breaks my heart that I am unable to use my New Lenovo Laptop which I purchased almost a month ago but unfortunately due to a corrupted "Windows Update" which is "2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5053598)". breaks my Laptop Display color calibration & saturation Completely.

Earlier this same thing happens to the famous Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 update 17.13.2, and at that time I also post that problem as a Question in this Microsoft Community Q&A forum. And the good thing is Microsoft really listen to my words and they fix that Eye Strain color UI issue at the Next update which is 17.13.3.

I don't know what really happen to the Microsoft Windows Development Team, are they Lazy? because they just rolling out any random buggy update without any prior testing to a specific group of Hardware. And sometime the update is so much severe and dangerous that it can damage your Eyes and cause serious Neuropathic Migraine to it's most loyal User base.

Though some unfavorable thoughts circulating on social media (Reddit), first which I think a pure hoax but now it's time to believe that, that really a solid reason behind Microsoft Windows Development team. Because day by day, the amount of Error and Bugs are steadily increasing on future Windows Updates people in future may Completely abandon their Windows PC.

According to Reddit :

Microsoft laid off almost the entire Windows Test team as it moved the focus from three different systems -- Windows, Windows Mobile and Xbox -- to a single system. The company moved most of the testing to virtual machines and this meant according to Berg that tests were no longer conducted on real and diverse hardware configurations

I am really fed up to find any valuable reason, that why Microsoft keep pushing their dev team to use a specific "color saturation" which can completely kill someone Eyes and causing severe Eye damages.

Apart from this serious Physical Health issue, it's also effect our mental health and overall mental well being. Because all we know that Coding is really a hard subject where we constantly need to deep dive into the complex road of imagination and thoughts. but due to this type of Windows updates we completely abandon our Windows 11 PCs and taking this type of break during peak working hours can kill creativity and enthusiasm of Software Development.

This type of Windows Update (KB5053598) cause severe delay to our product development because as we unable to use our top most new Windows 11 PCs where our all development tools are properly installed on our Windows 11 systems.

And the result is financial loss and a great depression because this short term bug break can break our total concentration and willingness to do our project with full of energy.

The famous company Adobe also testing this type of Eye Straining color saturation on their famous Video editing Software's (named Premiere Pro 2025) UI and that also completely breaks the usability of that Software, though they fixed almost 70% of the saturation issue on Premiere Pro 25.1 but until it get complete to 100% I never use Premiere Pro in my Lifetime again. And as a result my video Editing carrier is completely gone.

It really sadden my inner heart that just a simple color saturation can kill anybody's whole Career. It also boils my brain with anger that why Big companies or tech giant like Microsoft, Adobe don't take necessary steps to counter such issues.

The most important part which fascinates my inner me till date is, I don't understand that what big companies Like - Microsoft & Adobe gains by just worsening the color temperature and saturation of their product UIs, because as much as I know this color thing is not a feature, it's a way to destroy people Eyes, damaging people nerves and other deadly health issues. Instead of increasing their Applications performance and speed now-a-days companies are playing with colors. It's the most shameful thing I have ever faced in the software & IT industry.

This year 2025 really a very bad year for content creators and Software Developers because now a days almost on every second day either the Software updates or any NVIDIA Display Driver is corrupted and that cause full blown disruption to the computer systems and as a result we Windows users are unable to use our most Lovable and preferable Windows 10 / 11 PCs.

My suggestion to Microsoft Windows Development team is please do any kind of Windows update on real Hardware not on any virtual Machines. And should hire a medical professional like - Eye Doctor (ophthalmologist) so that they can determine that which colors are easier on eyes. At least the future Windows Updates not ruin the Displays.

Kindly please Roll back to the Previous version of Windows 11 display color saturation, I know Microsoft maintain a complete code base of earlier builds just reinstate our Windows 11 PCs to it's previous state which is before this "2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5053598)".

Otherwise fix it with another valid good Windows Update which should be Roll out as early as possible to overcome this rubbish Display color saturation problem. Please do it fast because my .NET projects are heavily delayed for this reason. I am in severe depression.
