Microsoft provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as part of the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum, which governs data processing for Azure services, including Azure OpenAI. This is automatically included in your agreement when subscribing to Azure.
Regarding data privacy, any data submitted to Azure OpenAI remains within Microsoft Azure and is not shared with OpenAI. Microsoft has sole control over data governance and prompts or completions are not used to train any Microsoft models.
