Used Norton 360 to do a boot scan. As I am logged in, you will have access to my e-mail and likely my phone number as well.

On which file it shows the error? If you have the original file, then you can replace the corrupt one with the original file.

    Hello Byron Samson,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Here are some steps you can take to repair the corrupted ZIP file on Windows 11 Pro:

    1. If the ZIP file was downloaded from the internet, try downloading it again. Ensure the download completes without any interruptions.
    2. Use WinRAR or WinZip to Repair the ZIP File.

    Additional Tips

    1. Sometimes, antivirus software can interfere with the extraction process. Temporarily disable your antivirus and try extracting the ZIP file again.
    2. Check Disk for Errors: Run chkdsk /f /r from Command Prompt to check and fix any disk errors that might be causing the issue.
