How to add an email account to new Outlook?

Thank you posting! Based on your question you would like to add your personal account to Outlook (Web Version)

Based on what I found this is not supported with Outlook on the Web.

You can however connect a calendar from one Outlook.com or Google account to your work or school account.

Choose SETTINGS > CALENDAR > ACCOUNTS.

Isn't that the browser version of Outlook.com email service, not the new Outlook?
With the new Outlook, you can only register up to 10 accounts, so you can't add an 11th account.
