I have signed up for an Azure account for the first time, but I did not receive the $200 free credit. Is there still a way for me to claim or receive the free credit?

    Hello vanz_syah,

    Thanks for your question

Your previous use of Microsoft Learn does not affect your eligibility for the Azure free trial’s $200 credit. The Azure free account is available to all new Azure customers who haven’t previously had an Azure free account and received a $200 credit.

    See: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/purchase-options/azure-account?icid=azurefaq

However, to check exact details only somone from the billing support team can be able to accurately verify as they have internal tools to assist you.

You can create a billing ticket here:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
