I see that Dynamic 365 has different modules like Sales and Business Central.

But, I think that the Business Central is a general module that covers many of the other modules in the small and middle scale companies.

Am I right?

Thank you

    Hi Mahdi Tahmasebi Abdar,

You are absolutely correct that Dynamics 365 Business Central offers a more comprehensive solution. Here’s a clearer and more concise breakdown of the distinction between Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales:

Dynamics 365 Business Central is an all-in-one business management system, mainly for small to medium-sized businesses. It includes many features like financial management, supply chain control, inventory tracking, order processing, and business reporting. It combines all these functions into one system, making it a great choice for companies that need a full ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

Dynamics 365 Sales, on the other hand, focuses specifically on sales and customer relationship management (CRM). It helps sales teams manage customer information, track sales opportunities, close deals faster, and get insights into how well sales are performing. It works well with other Microsoft tools but is mainly designed for sales-related tasks.

In short, Business Central is a broad system for managing various business functions, while Dynamics 365 Sales is specialized in handling sales and customer relationships. Depending on what your business needs, you might use Business Central for a full solution and add Sales to focus on managing your sales process.
